Earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Havana, Cuba, 1983.
Registered Architect in Bogotá Colombia.
Licensed General Contractor in Florida.
Experience with self employee practice in residential and commercial projects and great experience in Miami under prominent professional offices like Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe, Fullerton Diaz Architects, Alberto Bernal and Associates and Arturo Montoya Architects.
Practice in Property Inspections Projects.



Ileana Rodriguez Fernandez

Partner with Arch Services Corporation. She joined our firm in 2009,  specializes in structural code compliance, project management, tension structure fabric projects and construction coordination.
Prior to joining Arch Services Corporation, Mrs. Fernandez worked with DDA Enginers in Miami and worked in major projects such the Nuclear Power Plant in Cuba, Electrical Power Plant in Venezuela, Development of Hurricane Fabric Curtain System.
Received her Bachelor of Structural Engineer from Havana  University, 1983.
Master of Science degree in Seismic Engineer and Structure Dynamic, University Polytechnic of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain.

Irina Perez Lara

Irina Perez joined Arch Services Corporation in 2012.  She has great experience as Project Engineer in Cuba and Chile. Specializes in planning, scheduling and budgeting. She oversees  the technical and management aspects of  the construction projects.

Ms. Irina earned her Bachelor of Structural Engineer from Havana University, 2001.
